Think two’s company and three’s a crowd? Think again! These three gerbil girls are the best of friends, and we wouldn’t think of separating them. They are such a collection of gerbil cuteness, you will immediately fall in love. Blondes Buffy and Dawn, along with their brunette pal Willow, will keep you smiling as you watch their playful antics. All of these little ladies are active, curious, and friendly.

Gerbils are wonderful pets, but they are delicate – and speedy – little critters, so they are not a good choice for young children or hectic, noisy households. Gerbils require responsible, committed owners who will make sure their dietary, housing, and exercise needs are being met. These girls were rescued from a local shelter where they were in danger of being put down. They appear to be healthy young adults who are very sociable and VERY energetic! They will be a real joy to a person or family committed to giving them a good home.

Please, folks, tell everyone you know to go to a shelter or rescue group if they want to adopt a small animal or bird. Pet stores buy their animals from breeders, many of whom house and care for the animals inhumanely. Making a buck is their bottom line, often at the expense of the animal’s health and welfare – and, heaven knows, we don’t need any more animals being bred with so many homeless ones already out there.
